Lot of road games in June. but then more home games in August and September.

I hope they make the playoffs next season to give fans something to reflect on positively from Sun Life and finishing well going into the new stadium.

Jun 17-19 : @ Rays

20-22 : vs. Angels

Jul 1-3 : @ Rangers

Have the Marlins ever played in Safeco?

I can't remember the Marlins ever going to Oakland, either. I know Oakland came to Florida at some point (I think that might have been 2003).

They went to Oakland and Seattle in '08.

Seems to me we've seen way too much of the Rangers in the last decade or so. What gives?

If someone has the time, they should compile a chart of all of the interleague match-ups (home and away).

I think a lot of people would be interested in seeing that.

That would be very useful.

I'm so down for watching the Fish face one of my favorite AL teams in the A's. I'm trying to force my family to take me to watch it in Oakland.

When was the last time the Tigers came down to Miami? (If ever?)

My best guess is 2002...when they snapped Castillo's hitting streak (I think it was them).

I hated Tim Raines!!!!

how do they decide our interleague match-ups anyway? Apart from the obvious cross-state rivalry with the Rays?

See you guys at Tropicana Field June 17-19, 2011.

Citrus Series FTW!

No doubt we will be there on the 19th. Always make that Sunday game. And this year it's on my b'day, and most likely Father's Day.

I believe its a division rotation. Like what the NFL does with inter-conference match-ups. Well I think that's how they did it when inter league first started anyway. I think there were more interleague games in the beginning.

I thought the Marlins were switching stadiums in the middle of the season. No?

I kinda wished it was the Dodgers helping close out Sunlife, it would have helped bringing the franchise full circle. Have Santiago and Hough in first pitch duties and maybe have whoever batted leadoff for the dodgers that day just stand there for ceremonial sake.

Uhhh...no.

I see your point, but it's not like the franchise is ending.
