If it's close you swing at it. It's taught to them since little league. I swear I see more of that now a days than I have ever seen it before.

I agree with you, but in fairness to Stanton, he saw 5 straight off-speed pitches and then got a fastball on the low and away corner. Good pitching. And had he been 1/1000000 of a second earlier on that one he hit foul down the line, it'd be a tie game. *shrug*
