November 20, 201411 yr Eno Sarris from Fangraphs chat just now: What's the Marlins' 2015-17 ceiling if they build on the Stanton contract? 12:34 Eno Sarris: They had a decent offense last year and their pitching is about to get better. I think they could win the division in the next three years. yeah I was reading that too. ...... I really need to work harder.
November 20, 201411 yr He might even have a LeBron-like say in the moves. You never know... and out comes your ridiculous optimism..
November 21, 201411 yr Well now I feel better. If his career as a sportscaster is anything like his career as a political commentator, Keith Olbermann is going to be wrong about everything he just said.
November 21, 201411 yr I'm not sure if it's even worth answering that Olbermann clip. What a fool. I will say something though, remember the 2003 fire sale? Yeah neither though I.
November 21, 201411 yr Olbermann's schtick is to be as controversial as he can for attention. Kinda want to hit HIM over the head. .
November 21, 201411 yr Olbermann's schtick is to be as controversial as he can for attention. . I get that. Fair enough. But from this side of the fence sooo much of what he says is just not funny because it's already so untrue and also outdated. Yeah I get it, Loria is a dick. But man we're still making Jose Reyes jokes? And the 97 fire sale that Loria was responsible for? And that 03 team that was apparently blown up immediately? Played out.

November 21, 201411 yr Author Well now I feel better. If his career as a sportscaster is anything like his career as a political commentator, Keith Olbermann is going to be wrong about everything he just said. As a political commentator, Olbermann would have fit in well as the spokesman for the USSR Communist Party circa 1960. I actually like him as a sports commentator though. Kind of a mix of Bill Maher and Dennis Miller in a sports setting.
