April 22, 201511 yr this. Jose and Alvarez gone, plus Cosart and Koehler had terrible starts and Latos has been a mess. Latos has improved with every start. His numbers would be even better if his second start wasn't shortened by two delays. He's not a problem right now.

Imagine going to work for two years and doing the same things consistently and being considered a success, only to find that suddenly you're going to work and doing the exact same consistent things but are now being labeled a failure... Having changed none of what made you a success before? Whether you like Redmond or not, this is exactly what he's dealing with right now.

It's crazy yes, I honestly want to put most of the blame on the players than on Red, yes his calls have been questionable at times, but he can't control guys not able to hit and produce runs, defense laziness, the pitching staff not able to last 5 innings, and the bullpen who are hit or miss.
