He can light a fire under these guys. He can motivate them. By the looks of it, he has done none of that. These players just don't seem to give a shit right now.

April 22, 201511 yr You know what really kills me about the Redmond rumors... He's managed here for two seasons and got "fire" out of so many of these same players so why would that change now? Not to pick on just Ozuna but why would he not show fire today if he played with intensity the last season and a half for the same manager? More reason that this isn't truly Red's fault.
