I was referring to last year as "long ago", that's when I assume he should have seen Andrews again and as far as we know, he didn't.

March 8, 201610 yr I think Koehler should be moved to the back of the pen right now. I know that we have serious issues in the rotation but I think Cosart, assuming that he is recovered from his Vertigo issues, can handle one of the spots, and Conley should be given every opportunity to handle a spot in the rotation as well. Jackson, Nicolino, Hand, Flores, and Co. can battle out the last spot into the season in hopes that someone steps up. We can overcome the occasional bad start but not a bullpen meltdown 3+ times a week. Jarlin Garcia might also be ready at some point this season. Unless they can somehow acquire a good relief pitcher, this would be our best move in my opinion.
