April 3, 201610 yr Yes. In the middle of McGwires home run thing Oh my. Ok, guess I'm up again. Giancarlo Stanton hit his first career home run [a grand slam] against Matt Garza of the Rays back in 2010. Who was the runner on first, and how did he reach base?

April 3, 201610 yr Author Here's a tough one: Does the M in the logo stand for Miami or Marlins? No offense but for the sake of keeping this thread organized, there's one question at a time and it's asked by the person that got the previous question correct. But, for the sake of entertaining your peculiar question, which may or may not even have a correct answer, I'm gonna go ahead and indulge it because I have a theory on this one and not just a guess. The M in the logo stands for Miami for two reasons... firstly, the fish behind the M represents the Marlins as in the fish so the M is Miami or else it would be read as the Marlins' Marlins. Secondly, and this one has logical proof, if you look at the two wordmarks across the team jerseys, there's one that says Miami and one that says Marlins. The one with the fish behind the M says Miami. The one without the fish behind the M just says Marlins.

Bases were loaded, two outs, Cody was down 0-2 (as were the Fish), worked a walk and brought up the Monsterdong.
