Stanton will come out of this horrific slump on this road trip

I say that the ONLY option is DFA

That's trolling.

You realize this is a public forum where everyone is entitled to their opinion, right? (Needless to say everyone who complains about Stanton has stats to back it up)

The only person who's opinion isn't respected here is Admin... and that guy that wanted to fight at Winn Dixie.

i'm still on board that it has something to do with that collision.  yes, he was cooling off at that point but he's NEVER had a slump this bad.  Honestly, at this point I'm not even sure it can be classified as a slump because Chen would make more contact than Stanton at this point (not kidding).  I don't know if it did something to his eyesight since getting your head knocked around can certainly do that or if it's something else but I believe the Fish should send him to get a complete and thorough check-up, scans, etc.  to see if they can find something physically wrong with him.  We've seen the man slump before and this is a whole different animal.  Last night it was like he literally couldn't see the ball and just swung the bat as hard as he could and that was it.  there was no trying to track the ball, etc.  he literally just got up, swung as hard as inhumanly possible and hoped that it made contact.

@Adminwill be happy to know I caught my first BP home run since 8/28/2010 (Marlins at Atlanta)

Now if I ever have a conversation with Stanton I can tell him what uggla and Holliday have in common
