Ever since Gordon put back in, the Marlins start losing

Featured Replies

wait so we're not getting Sale for Dietrich?

Absolutely not. Why would we give up our most valuable utility man, for a bad clubhouse guy? He would freak with how many times we wear throwback unis

Dietrich is kinda one of those guys who, once he's carved his role, is more valuable on his current team then he would be on any other team. I don't know if I worded that right. I think Mathis is like that too.

DD has that intangible..I've been in baseball a long time....It doesn't show in the stats but when he's in the line up, the team wins...Gordon loses wherever he goes..individual stats only are part of the story in baseball..Giants are a perfect example..their front office gets it

Yeah, you look at the stats and players like Bumgarner and Cueto and Belt and Posey and Crawford and basically every other guy in that line up and you wouldn't think that would be a good team. I mean, they're only second in the NL in WAR. It's because their FO understand the intangible aspect that they're able to overcome their poor stats and win games.

Another day, another loss..its a different team without him in there...WAKE UP...its not to late but getting close

Yes it's clear we lost yesterday due to Dee and not the fact we gave up all those runs.  If only DD was playing behind the pitchers instead of dee, his toughness would have propelled them to pitch better

Derek may have struck out instead but he would have inspired the team with his toughness during the AB

He would've taken off his shirt in the dugout and gotten everyone excited to hit.

My troll detector is gong crazy, how about yours?

That, or another person of the beefcake LOLOL! mold

Dietrich also inspired Ichiro to get 3,000 today. God, I love Dietrich. Please, someone take off his shirt again.
