Guys this sucks but this isn't one of those crushing clubhouse losses. They've bounced back from worse. When your middle and mop up relievers blow it nobody puts their heads down. If your best guys blow it in the ninth then maybe then but this is flukey crap. The team won't suddenly spiral out of control because of this one.

Cervanka career sample size is this year after a horribly mediocre minor league career. You don't give him a righty again is good team  when you have Ellington and bearclaw. Belt is not your typical lefty either. It was senseless move asking for trouble with the probability he was gonna walk or give up a hit to pagan. 

 

Wittgren sucked equally.  No idea why he threw nothing but fastballs.
