That's stupid. That's not a home run. If it hits that green concrete part it bounces back in and isn't a home run. It didn't clear the concrete. By that definition any ball that hits an outfield wall and bounces back into the field is a homerun.

Ours has a yellow line that designates anything above that is a homer. Here it's just shit design. They basically have a backboard to the outfield wall.
