The glove is good but not good enough to compensate for the shitty bat. In the grand scope, he's a replacement player at best, but probably below that.

Whatever defensive advantage he has over Rojas (which may not even exist) is overshadowed by what I believe Rojas could produce offensively.
April 9, 20179 yr Really happy for JT. Really impressionable kid who works his way on base with the best of them. Already a bench bat and was going to have the ability to start with more success in minors this year. .278 with a .332 obp in AA last year. Again really happy for him.
