April 13, 20224 yr What else can we say but LOL I'll edit in one positive - absolutely amazing outing from Luzardo and I hope he keeps that up.
April 13, 20224 yr Soler needs to wake up. Donnie really outdid himself today BA gotta go lizard and jazz man 🥰🥰🥰
April 13, 20224 yr Author Wade should have been out but whatever. Bender probably shouldn't be put in high leverage anymore. Rojas bobbles a routine grounder allowing the winner to score. Don not letting Luzardo at least face Ohtani in the 6th was laughable given how well he was going. Could have then brought in Sulser for Trout, Rendon, Mayfield, and Stassi. When Maddon goes to the bench for Walsh after that, Okert or Scott, either or. There's through 7 right there and we'd still have some good options remaining.
April 13, 20224 yr Poor Jeter was so clueless at every aspect of his job…had to hightail it like the coward he is before facing this monstrosity.

We don't even need that level of production, just somewhere between that and what we have. Some level of consistent hitting. We have a great starting staff, we can't keep wasting them like this.

Our team President quit at the beginning of spring training….that wasn’t because he liked the roster he saw lol Edited April 13, 20224 yr by jsprt14

Like I said, just somewhere between - something like a 2014-ish offense would be great. Where's Frank Menechino these days?
April 13, 20224 yr 28th in OBP 25th in SLG 26th in OPS If the offense would actually score runs early, they wouldn't lose so many 1 run games Luzardo's gem is wasted - get used to seeing that from all our starting pitchers Don is an idiot Anderson needs to be demoted DLC deserves some playing time Rojas - I like the guy but he is not what this offense needs right now with Stallings and Anderson already in the line-up. Bender is not a closer

Bender is not a closer The only reason two of those games were 1 run losses is because of their #9 hitter 😂

Liked what DLC did tonight. Another waste of the night. ...O Captain My Captain... Edited April 13, 20224 yr by Major-Minor Wording

Where's Frank Menechino these days? Unfortunately we keep being fine with bringing back these below average bats like Aguilar, Anderson, Rojas, Cooper, berti, etc havent we seen enough of these pigs?

April 13, 20224 yr This is year 5 of a complete tear down….why is most of our batting lineup 30 or older?
April 13, 20224 yr Only thing to look forward to with this team is Hutton in the booth for home games.

April 13, 20224 yr Mattingly should have been let go years ago. This is just f****** comical at this point. I'd let any of us on here manage a game, we know there cant be much drop off with the offense. Edited April 13, 20224 yr by jsprt14
April 13, 20224 yr Meanwhile, Lewin hitting .321 with a HR and 7 RBIs Get rid of the dead weight older players like Anderson and start playing the kids... fuck it Edited April 13, 20224 yr by CyggyMarlin
