I'm happy for this game because I can finally watch the Marlins.

I'm still undecided if I should pay for MLB.tv this season. So this week will be a good chance to decide.. Since I currently live in Braves TV territory, I can watch the games locally, just with the boring Braves announcers though. And then on Saturday a nationally broadcast Game of the Week on FOX of Marlins vs Cubs and then on Sunday another nationally televised game of Marlins vs Cubs on Peacock. So this will be a good chance to see the Marlins play a few games for no extra charge. And depending on how they do/how frustrated or not that I am, I might sign up for MLB.tv next month. Or not..

An up-ish and in-ish pitch and Ronnie didn't bitch about it?!

Best part of the pitch clock, bar none.

i was really against the pitch clock overall before the season and i'm still SOMEWHAT against it because man..the games are freaking short af now.  I'm warming a little bit to it though.

I do hope they address the whole "standing ovation" issue though such as when a player goes back to his old team for the first time after being traded away or signing elsehwere as  FA for example.  A team shouldn't have to officially notify the umps ahead of time that there MAY be an ovation, etc.  I feel with as much as umps are in charge of they should be able to recognize an exception such as this and respond accordingly - i mean if a catcher gets a foul ball in the nards they will sweep home plate for 2 minutes lol.

They've been OK with that so far, I think. May have been one scenario so far that didn't go too great.

Can’t wait for Ozuna to have a massive series because that’s a Marlins thing to happen.

Don’t say that dude

asking for a big hit now

i feel like if a Braves fan said that (rightfully so) about half of our lineup they'd still suck just as bad
