don't look now but we've gotten wins the last two games from Nolasco and Miller! :o still a lot of work to do but it's encouraging. Can Hopper make it 3 in a row tomorrow? Did I miss something? Nolasco got the loss.

at least they praised hanley, miller and morgan are tired at this point and should be replaced with len and tommy If that were to happen that would mean we lose them. Now, if you wanted Minervini to go to ESPN I would back you 100%. I have a mute button. Well, we already lost len a few years ago.

I live in Gainesville and the last few years we didn't get a lot of the Marlins games (we had to use a friend's slingbox to watch). A bunch of people kept emailing and calling the cable company complaining that we couldn't watch the games. This year, we're getting all the games on SunSports and FSN. I don't know if its a result of the emails and calls, but you should definitely do it...multiple times.

ive been saying it for a while...MLB is terrified of us...and not just the league...but the other teams, the players, the fans...they are terrified...we are this good as rookies...put this together over a whole season and we can start putting up division champs banners starting next year Although we should be even better next year, I wouldnt count on a division championship just yet. The whole NL East will be better next year. Its going to be a nasty race. That being said, we got ourselves a pretty good wild card race here!

Anyone have pictures of the balls in Cooperstown used by Marlins pitchers during their no hitters? I've seen them in this forum before.

Is this the quickest any player has took to get a no hitter? (13 starts) I would have to imagine so.

Do you think the voters will take into account that Josh Johnson (21 starts) has less starts than Webb(27) and Zambrano(28) while only having 2 less wins than them? Of the 4 serious potential Cy Young candidates (Zambrano, Carpenter, Webb, and Johnson), JJ has the 2nd highest Ks per Inning ratio. Wouldnt it be awesome for Gary Sheffield to play RF for the Marlins again? Why not trade for Mike Piazza too. They will improve the slump of offense that we got. And they are both former Marlins. Although that would be awesome, neither will happen. Gary Sheffield costs way too much, and the Mets wont get rid of Mike Piazza. Plus Piazza was only a Marlin for like a day.
