No way we call him up now. Thats not smart at all. Let him get used to playing the OF and work on his D. If he keeps hitting like he is now then call him up in September and hopefully he'll be ready for 07. Theres no need to rush him we arent doing anything this season any way...

2009 seems right. The Cards started building their new stadium in Jan. 2004. They had most of it built then knocked down the old stadium in November of 2005 and finished the rest in months for the 2006 season.

1. Someone 2. Hanley 3. Hermida 4. Cabs That would be ideal, but since we don't have a stereotypical leadoff guy (read: Juan Pierre), that wont be happening. Id love to see that at the top of the order, but you're right we do need that Juan Pierre type of guy. Hopefully Campusano keeps doing what hes doing and we can call him up in September and have him ready to start next season. I think Hanley belongs in the number 2 spot. Its kinda like how the Yankees had Jeter batting 1st because they had no one else but he was really a number 2 guy. I think Hanley really is that number 2 guy. And Hermida fits perfectly in the 3 spot because he has power and can take a walk. Plus he'll be in front of Miguel so he'll see good pitches.

Did anyone ever notice that Dontrelle and Juan wear those white and black camo t shirts under their jerseys? I used to notice it all the time when Juan was still in Florida and I saw it again last night...Thats like those 2's thing I guess.

Girardi is really starting to pi$$ me off. How many times does Matt Herges have to screw up a game for him to realize he is trash and needs to be kicked off this team. Why did we sign German? So he could watch games? WTF We have other pitchers to use Herges does not need to be throwing 2 innings. I would rather bring some AA or AAA kids up and let them screw up games then watch these "reliable vets" that know what their doing. At least they would get some experience that way. Damn this is going to be one long season...

I'd like to see the rotation Willis, Olsen, Mitre, Vargas, Nolasco Closer - Martinez when healthy for now either German or Johnson Set Up - Either German or Borowski Mid Relief - Wellemyer, Messenger, Resop Long Relief - Moehler and Johnson depending on if he closes I'd get rid of Herges all together...And I think we need JJ in the pen because besides Martinez he and German are the only ones I really trust...Or we could always call up some of the young arms we got in all those trades.

Moe needs to be sent to the BP but I dont know if that would help or not. Prolly not... JJ looks like he deserves the rotation spot but im my opinion it has to be given to Nolasco because with JJ in the rotation and Martinez hurt who else can you really trust in that bp? Unless we bring up some good kids the only other person I kind of trust is German but maybe its because I really havent seen that much of him...

What about Jesus Delgado and Harvey Garcia? Any one know if theyre ready? And Ben Julianel isnt that the kid we got from the Yankees? Hes a lefty which is somethin we need...

Didnt we get a couple young bullpen guys from the Red Sox and Twins? Whats goin on with them?
