Yeah he'll just threaten to beat them up like he did at the all-star game.

Yankeefan, I hope you arent serious about Navarro being a starter... Regardless, Vaz and 8 million is a lot for RJ. But, Navarro is nothing more than a fringe prospect.
3. He doesnt have to shave his head, his hair just cant be king sized mullet. What he had at times last year was fine.
4. He made Mattingly, and he was twenty times the NY figure that RJ will be.
5. Alright then 30% of all players get injured every night then. Heck, everytime I swim I get injured! Who knew? Amazing.
6. Good pictures. He mustve been really dehydrated. I can only imagine, whenever I swim and get a cramp in my foot I freak out and lay in bed for a day. Getting cramps throughout all my leg muscles on and off for 6 minutes? Must've hurt quite a bit.
7. He was dehydrated and cramped up..Its not like he tore his achillies. It couldve happened to anyone after not playing for 3 weeks and then playing 42 minutes his first game back.

The NEts are idiots. I really hope Kidd could get the hell out of there. 638054 Any reasoning? The trade made the Nets a lot better. This deal in particular was certainly not idiotic. Maybe not resigning Kenyon Martin, but your statement is too vague, I cant really tell.
9. "Who's ever going to want to do business with [the Dodgers] again?"
10. Great game. Manning looked great, and since Im a Giants fan, that means more than winning at this point.
11. What a breakout game for Mr. Manning, eh?

UPDATE: The New York Daily News Reports: The deal has been agreed to in principle. Shawn Green and Randy Johnsons no-trade clauses have been waived. Passing physicals are the only pieces that remain. The deal now also includes Kaz Ishii who will be going to the Yankees. Javy Vazquez will also not be in Dodger blue for long, as its likely he'll be immediately dealt to the Chisox. *EDIT* Sorry no link, but I just heard it on the radio. Ill try to find one. *EDIT AGAIN* Found it. http://nydailynews.com/sports/story/263178p-225322c.html

This trade is perfect for both sides. How is this a steal for the Raptors? The value in the deal obviously favors the Nets. The talent side of the deal is so one sided its crazy. The only reason the Raptors made the deal was so that they could hopefully rebuild sometime down the road. The Nets gave up NOTHING! Aaron Williams was playing 3 minutes a game, and was hidden on the Net bench. Alonzo Mourning is once again, falling apart. The guys body cannot withstand the long hall anymore. Not to mention his crazy contract. Eric Williams is a solid roleplayer, and IMO is the 2nd best player moving in this deal behind Vince. The ages of these three players? 34,33, and 32... ... And just so you people who say the two first round picks makes the deal for the Raps -- They are lottery protected. The Raps wont sniff a top 14 pick with those draft picks. They are also the Sixers and Nuggets picks by the way. The talent in the deal clearly favors the Nets, the Nets give up nothing for a risky something. The deal came down to the Raps wanting to rebuild, so they got rid of Vince as fast as they could. The deal came down to the Nets wanting to take a risk and hope Vinsanity can stay healthy, if he can the Nets will be in firm competition for an EC title (assuming they also make a trade for a big man, like expected). Period. 637572 the denver pick is lottery protected from 1-5 and the philly pick is protected 1-8 for this year. toronto can end up with 3 lotto picks this upcoming year. 637587 Not that it matters, because Denver isnt going to get in the lottery, but I heard last night that the Denver pick is 1-14. Do you have a link?

15. This isnt a done deal I hope you know. Theres a very strong possibility the Nationals will still exist. A slimmer chance that the Nationals play in Washington this year, then move somewhere else. And pretty much no chance that the Nationals move anywhere else this year.
16. That Pavano to New York deal had been reported on WFAN here in NY a full day before it ever popped out of Gammons mouth...
17. Flyball pitchers arent that bad off in Yankee Stadium where more than a few balls get lost in Death Valley. I dont know much about Wright, but judging from his HR totals, he isnt a flyball pitcher anyway.
18. Yankee Stadium is in Above-Average condition I'd say. Its a great place to go see a ballgame. It just doesnt have those amenities (sp?) that these new breed ballparks have. As far as it being on the website, they've had several press conferences over the past year about a new Yankee stadium. These conferences included George and Mike Bloomberg (Mayor of NYC) laying out the plans for the place and the financial aspect of the stadium. The article posted by the topic starter contains no new information, so I dont imagine that it would be on the Yankee website.
19. This has been known for several months now. At least I saw the plans in the paper 3 or so months ago.

Go NL! Roger Clemens vs. Sox again? Hmmm...
21. Actually I think the gods hate them, for making them think they have a chance. And then having those dreams squashed. But dont worry regardless, its only supposed to be showers tomorrow night.
22. "Hey Cleo" Referring to Theo Epstein.
23. I think the sox will take the next 2, with the yankees taking the following 2.
24. Ill tell you who's the worst. Brett Boone.
25. I look for a great intense matchup tonight. Boston needs to win this one. While its not a MUST WIN, its pretty close.
