*Bump* Bring back the old uniforms next year! I wish they would have kept the vest with black sleeves and the completely teal letters...I even miss the old road jersey's (Even though they aren't much different.).The only changes they should have made was to make an alternate all-teal jersey(Instead of the all-black jersey.)

Even though the one that leaves will probably be lee, (because stokes will be ready in a couple of years) Encarnacion could also be considered, he's making $3.45 million compared to Lee's $4.52 million. Cabrera could play right field and conine stays in left. That could work if Lee wasn't getting a salary raise next year....Not sure of the amount but it ain't that small.

Money is the main problem WildCard you can't disregard it. Alex makes 1,700,000$ while Lee makes 4,520,000$ and If I'm not mistaken he gets a signifigant raise....We also have Conine to play first...Lee will be gone.

Dontrelle Willis wasn't a no-name prospect back then he was actually a high-regareded prospect and we already got the best of the deal..... And the deal will look even better after today...

Encarnacion was in the starting lineup last night...He was just substituted for (Lowell was brought in to play third while Cabrera moved to right.)... Anyway,Sea Bass should be in the lineup,good to see he did well last night...But what about Lowell? A substitute for Cabrera in the late innings?Cabrera moves to another position(SS,RF,LF) while Lowell takes over at third,or should Lowell be used pich-hit only while Cabs stays in at third? :mischief2

Don't know what got into Penny...Did he forget he has more then 1 pitch to throw. Yes,put Penny in the pen and use him during night games at JRS only. Should Cabs get the start at short tommorow? Sea bass has been as reliable as Redman at the plate(Standing runners like crazy,Conine must been frustrated.) but his defense would be missed...I would take some more hitting and substract a little glove. The guys were joking and loose on the bench which is a good sign....They just have to forget about this and remember that tommorow is another day.

Penny didn't pitch well in his last outing because it was a day game and not as well today because he just kept throwing fastball after fastball (also control problems) and it was an away game(Penny is horrid on the road). Penny should be designated for night home games only....lol.
