Benito was able to play in the big leagues a bit longer as a result of steriods, who knows perhaps him and Bonds had a pre-game juice-up ritual.

They can say, "Yeah... he did it... wow...". The Yanks are probably reading over the contract with Jason again and again trying to find a way to void it, but they most likely won't. And Selig can't do anything. With the new testing policy in MLB, a player could shoot up with steriods on the field infront of 50,000 people and there is no action that could be taken against him as far as the MLB is concerned.
