Nuff' huh? lol

Good to see Mota back.

I agree. I was getting frustrated with Mota giving up at least 2-3 runs every outing. Glad he's finally performing!

I get nervous when Venereal De Los Santos takes the mound. Hehe. I have been wanting to call him that forever! It's just a joke though so don't think I don't like him.

He has been good for us, minus Franco's grand slam (of which 1 run counted towards valery's ERA) he hasnt given up too many big huts and has done his job admirably.

I just like his attitude, did u see how he jumped after he got that DP? and when he struck out one of the Braves batter to get the third out, how he pulled his hat to the side all badass looking :cool him and Encarnacion are my favorite Marlins.

Of all the experiments this year, he has done the best by far.

Our bullpen is improving and pitching better. Mota is on the mend. Jones continues to be very solid. If Alfonseca can come back and be effective we'll be in pretty good shape....not spectacular perhaps, but decent.

THe spoon wont be back this year IMO. It takes a couple of big league stats to really get back in a grove after TJ. Just look at Aj burnett last year, you can pitch AAA all you want it is still nothing compared to the Bigs. So i dont think you want to throw a guy that you are very uncertain in a pennant race.

And after his rehab in A ball got cut short when he was throwing 79-mph fastballs, I doubt he'll even make it up to AAA by the end of this season. He's nowhere close to coming back. Let's hope he can pitch again at all...

I agree, VDLS is performing admirably, Mota is looking like the pitcher we traded for, Bump is what he is - an innings eater who gives up hits but can get out of trouble with the big DP. The only current disappointment is Mecir, who though coming into tough situations, isnt performing up to the standard that we need. I think Alfonseca will be effective when he returns, and I don't believe there is any need to comment on the amazing Monsieur Jones. Give it a couple of weeks, and I think this team will be in great shape. If only we werent paying Lowell $7mil this year................
