Okay...I'll give you a pass on that one...didn't realize you had Moe out of the rotation already. In any case, I don't think Mitre will be leaving the rotation any time soon. JJ might be the guy to get traded...loved to see him dealt for a young outfielder.
April 13, 200620 yr Despite his great stuff, I think Carlos goes down. He is only 20 and could use consistent work. I think Girardi wants him to work meaningful innings without the pressure. Let him get the work on the farm and come back later in the year. We really need to keep the older guys around, gotta have some veteran presence, even if they aren't so good on the field.

April 13, 200620 yr i think abercrombie has to go...if any pitcher wants to keep his job, he wont throw a strike to him, aguila offers some experience out there and decent production from the bottom on the lineup, reed offers too much in the way of defense, pinch running, etc. God i hope moehler gets put in the pen and herges is released
April 13, 200620 yr Carlos is 24. Change the 20 to 24. Jkidding. He is still very inexperienced, even for this team-but the extra 4 years does help with maturity.

Reed is a bit more valuable as a pinch runner, defensive replacement, lefty bat. Definately need Cepicky on the bench.

It's not like they are going to get rid of the Vets and Martinez and German have been real solid so far. I don't really like the idea of having Johnson and Nolasco in the pen long term. Hopefully one of them will be heading to the rotation soon. Resop will be back sometime later this season.

Resop does need a little more seasoning and playing in the hitter friendly PCL will help him do that. He'll be back up soon. No worries. :thumbup
