The marlins are now 15 games below .500 How low can we go.

the '05 astros were 15 games below .500....

WE'RE GOING TO THE WORLD SERIES!!!!

This is why Joe Borowski cannot be taken seriously.

HE

GOOD

INNING

and one inning ONLY.

Actually, most of the time I've seen him (pre-Marlins days) he wasn't even good for an inning.

well every appearance this year, when he's been out for more than 1, he's bombed in the second.

what i don't get about this loss is why girardi chose to pitch to diaz. he should have walked him to load the bases and then pitched to pratt. pratt is slow as hell. we might have been able to get a dp.

This team would be decent if they improved the pen... The offense is hitting, especially at the top with Shadez, Uggla, and Cabs...Remember how much of a Herculean effort it was to get 2 runs a game last year or even hit with RISP? Starting pitching outside of Mohler and a few D-Train derailments has been improving. It's innings 6 thru 9 (and beyond) where the pitching kills ballgames

Yup, pretty numb at this point.

When we scored in the 10th, I laughed, knowing what was going to happen in the bottom of the inning.

The only time I had any hope was when I saw Dontrelle in for the complete game, and even that didn't work out.

I'm just starting to get to a point now where I'm thinking "If Marlins management doesn't care, why should I?"

And now you are seeing why Loria is NOT the right owner.

You have no idea.....I think the 2004 Tigers were somewhere like 50 games below .500 by the All Star Break. That could be in our future if they don't turn it around soon.

Atleast thats gives the team hope. If we get our bullpen together we will start winning.

Once you expect to lose because we have quadruple-A team, it's really not that surprising. There are still some of you who think this is a WS caliber team out there and these games must be absolute torture.

at least dontrelle is back to form...

Finally someone sees the most important event of the whole night.

:notworthy

All marlins players, loser is loser, don't need to say any useless words ! ! !

DVH and Roxy were arguing on whether or not to walk Diaz. At first I disareed but looking back, if they had walked Diaz to load the bases, with McCann on deck, he could have hit into a double play and we would go to the 12th...because guess what...Diaz loves the fish and he hit a homerun in the game AND HIS RUN WOULD HAVE MEANT NOTHING!

The Marlins need to build on this...note the mistakes, but dwell on the positives and keep building!
