ive never criticized one of our managers before... but that was the worst managerial job ive ever seen. I could see every one of his mistakes before they happened, and im a 17 year old kid.

can't completly blame the Pen. Our offense did not do much to help the situation after the 4 runs.

a bad bullpen + bad manager always= disaster

u just cant throw out Tank for 2 innings when the inning before he labored to get out of it. it was a good confidence booster and it was awesome to get out of the inning with a 3 run lead but save him for the next game.

 

i really dont know who we would put in the 8th. Pinto? Maybe even JOBO for 2 innings?

 

i do gotta admit wit the other ppl on this board, that was some stupid stuff by Giradi, this game really meant alot and it just slipped away in a blink of an eye.

No way in hell. If the umpire wasn't blind, JJ would have been out of the 5th much quicker and would have probably been able to pitch at least one more inning. In the 7th, the umpire squeezed Nolasco when he faced Delgado when he should have been called out on strikes. He ended up scoring. After that there is just too many retarded calls to go into. Suffice to say, he screwed us royally.

When both teams are pissed at the umpire, you know he's been sucking ass.

What is Girardi supposed to do with the bullpen? Every single guy in there is unreliable. Tankersly is supposed to be our best guy out there and couldn't get the job done. Period....he is our best reliever. If he can't get the job done, you're screwed regardless because the other guys are just plain HORRIBLE.
