July 12, 200916 yr Aaron Thompson as of late has pitched well enough to get the start, but we all know VandenHurk gets the call. I love the incredible hurk, but I love him more as a middle/long reliever, not as a starter, gets his pitch count way too high.

Do we really need another reliever? well considering how much ABs De Aza and now Andy have gotten, do we really need another bench bat? I'd much rather have an extra reliever than an extra bench bat. The only thing I guess I'd make an exception for would be Hayes so you could PH for Paulino/Baker.

July 12, 200916 yr I'll go with Vanden Hurk. Wouldn't be surprised if Thompson got called up though. Thompson isn't doing great in AA and RVH is lighting up the PCL and is already on the 40 man roster. I don't see how it'd be anyone but RVH.
July 12, 200916 yr Probably RVH, Leroux (Please no!), or Thompson. Won't be Wood because he pitched 2 innings today and went down on thursday but he wouldve been a great choice. Maybe Anibal but probably not. Seems to be down to the 3 I mentioned.
