October 14, 201114 yr We don't really have a solid video game thread going around here, so what's everyone around here playing or anticipating? I've been playing Gears 3 the past couple of week. Solid game and the multiplayer is addicting (mainly Horde mode) AND SKYRIM IS COMING OUT SOON!

October 15, 201114 yr Only MMORPG I've ever touched was Runescape. Consoles = winner. Fallout. Elder Scrolls. Call of Duty. Halo. Best four usuals.

No, no, Runescape was absolutely horrific.The fact that it's as popular as it is [or was] was incredible to be. Everquest has been my favorite game for the past 10 years, on and off due to financial reasons. I'm gonna go ahead and say you've never played it.
October 15, 201114 yr Boy don't tell me what I have played and haven't played. You're nuts to think that Runescape was absolutely horrific. Sure there's nothing overly EXCITING about the game and it's a surefire way to waste a bunch of time, but it's a nice relaxing game that was fun for what it's worth. Games like World of Warcraft on the other hand are way too involved and really do genuinely suck. As far as TF2 goes gizmo... Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. This is all.
October 15, 201114 yr Everquest? That's still around? I use to love playing that game. I stopped playing it in 2006 and thought it died out. Wouldn't mind getting back into it one of these days if it's still going strong.

Certainly, not as many as before, but still a lot, I'd say over a million still.
