SS Hanley Ramirez, RHP Josh Johnson and C John Buck are among Marlins players who will participate in a fashion show Nov. 11 when the team unveils its new uniforms. The new uniforms and logos are part of a ceremony at the new ballpark where the Florida Marlins will officially be renamed as the Miami Marlins.

I thought I had read that LoMo was going to do this. Seems now its Buck taking his place. Another sign LoMo could be on his way out ?

OOPS....the subject line is supposed to say $ 80 million. If its $ 8 we couldn't even hire a local little league team to play for us :lol

Edit the title so it will fit....

"Beinfest: Payroll at least $80 million" will probably fit.

Sounds like they keep lowering the bar. $100 million. $85 million. $80 million.

LoMo is playing for the MLB all stars in Taiwan with Boni. Maybe that's why?

Nope, but what I'm saying is after that speculation from a credibly source came out at $100 million, the Marlins didn't take too long to exhaust the fumes and lower the bar.
