canada-marlin24
Pitching was great but the 15 left on base is out of control. Were getting hits but not runs. Good win but that kind of offense is not sustainable.

Enjoy it now and dwell on it when they're in San Diego.

Marlins
Pretty impressive sweeping a team without scoring more than 1 run in any single inning the entire series... Anyway, the important stats to look at are: 15 LOB, 3 for 13 with RISP. On the series the Marlins were 4 for 29 with RISP (.137 BA). Needless to say, that has gotta improve... tacitus
Good teams get tough wins when things aren't going well. Marlins will be on a tear once their bats get going, if the pitching holds up.
Gian-Claude Van Damme
Watched em play for the first time last night, wanted to go today but couldn't stick around for the whole game so we just watched a few innings at a bar. Very nice to get the sweep!
MiaFLSurf
We did enough. Great series. This team is too bipolar. Stay on this side of the polar-ness, please. NEXT SERIES!
Michael
Next series is San Diego... I really hope we don't repeat what we did last year against them. Good God that was atrociously scary.

The home series was the worst of all time.
dom2613
Good win. Stanton looks like he is seeing the ball much better. Hanley is sucking. I want to say he's trying to hit for too much power. Stay inside and drive the ball.

FloridaMarlinsForever
Can't believe how good the starting pitching has been. Awesome stuff. we just need to get our hitting together and we will be unstoppable, and keep heath bell out of the game
gizmo
Starting pitching was the key this series. The hitting will come eventually, but the pitching needs to stay this good.

Nah, Vazquez stole JJ's magical powers when he got injured. Thus, why Vazquez had great 2nd half. Then he retired and didn't return them to JJ, but gave them to Nolasco...or maybe I am just full of sh*t.
