We all owe Norman Braman an apology

Recommended Posts

f*** Braman. He's still a piece of sh*t.

a piece of sh*t who knew what he was talking about.

I will never give that miserable old f*** any credit, even if Loria crashes the team plane to collect on the insurance money.

Braman is and still is to this day a piece of sh*t.

You are to shame to admit it.

Braman is a miserable old f***, and he didn't do anything right. Nothing to admit.

I don't even know who this guy is, but I'm pretty sure a guy who says bad things is not nearly as bad as a guy who actually does bad things all the time while pocketing your money.

Braman is that guy too.

The guy who opposed our stadium because they shouldn't be built with taxpayer money (it wasn't) is the same guy who tried to get Philadelphia to build him a stadium with entirely taxpayer money. The man is hated in Philly for being one of the worst cheapskate owners the Eagles have ever had.

We'd be better off if the other scum owned the team. Loria and Samson should be in jail.

A great quote from Esquire written about all-time terrible NFL owners: (It's the second thing that comes after his Wikipedia page if you search for 'Norman Braman Philadelphia')

In the nascent days of free agency, the penny-pinching Braman underbid for fan favorites Reggie White, Clyde Simmons, and Keith Jackson — all of whom left for greener pastures (Veterans Stadium left little to be desired). He feuded with White, the pious Pro Bowler who rallied against the owners in the 1987 players' strike and was publicly disappointed with Braman's firing of coach Buddy Ryan in 1990. "Reggie may be devout," Braman said, "but his first love is the almighty dollar."

The man was basically run out of Philly. He's Loria before Loria.

So f*** them both.

The guy who opposed our stadium because they shouldn't be built with taxpayer money (it wasn't) ...

Then maybe you can explain what we're on the hook for $2.4 billion for.

Read that.

You send me to a document that reaffirms that the stadium was built with taxpayer dollars?

God, why do these trades bring out our dumbest members.

People with 37 post counts and who haven't posted since 2006 are coming out of the Retarded Woods.

Are you screwing in a hotel? If yes then you paid for the stadium. If not, read the documents correctly.
