Eh, it's not Road Stanton, it's just slumpy Stanton. He's returned. :(

This is true, just seems like this road trip has been really bad.

I do know he was hitting like .290 on the road before today.

well, Atl is loosing 3-0 too, but that doesn't have the same ring to it in Colorado as it does in Texas

well, at least it will be an easy decision on who to send down when we bring Heaney up.

I don't think he will be sent down because he is out of options. I wouldn't mind seeing in the pen for a while. It might work out for him there as a one inning max effort type of guy. It's not like we don't have expendable arms in the pen.

Turner out for the year thank god

Eye test folks: why wasn't Hech either backing that play up or taking control instead of nipping at McGehee's heels?

That was not Hech's fault.

Tommy said "lets hope it didn't catch the arm". Wasn't that the goal?

No, it wasn't. But he could have made a bad situation better by being in the right place.

He was trying to make a play. He was simply blocked by Casey. Of course you are going to criticize the way Hech ties his shoes so it doesn't really matter.

Nothing wrong with him trying to make a play, but he needs to call off McGehee if that's what he's going for. Also, I have not scouted him well enough to know how he ties his shoes, but since he can't do anything right as far as baseball goes, I'll assume he can tie his shoes just fine until he has to put on cleats.

I didn't realize you were a scout. I thought you were just some want to be journalist.
