February 7, 201610 yr Fair enough on the high ways. Though, my commute is only 10 minutes... biking. As for taxes, the money still looks better in my pocket. As for ocean water, I have to disagree. I enjoy decent diving of coral reefs off Miami beach. Can't do that in Cali. I'm sure you'd enjoy your biking commute much better in a dry 65 degrees though, right?
