A big reason we have a high team batting average but not comparable runs scored is because Mattingly won't bunt when he should. A man on second with one out in the first inning puts a ton of pressure on the defense. Letting them get a GIDP is a killer. We would have scored multiple runs that inning if Prado had bunted.
