It doesn't hold any real value now.  It just seems accurate because he started slow.  His OBP will be in the mid .300s this year, he'll have an average around .280, and he's one of the best defensive players in baseball.  There are about 20 teams who'd love that from their SS.

 

Guarantee you his OBP won't be in the mid-300s.
