So, that Yusei Kikuchi guy from Japan was posted this morning, allowing all 30 teams to bid on offering him a contract.

He's a lefty and went 14-4 with a 3.08 ERA in 163 2/3 innings (23 starts, 153 strikeouts), but missed time for shoulder stiffness and has had shoulder issues over his carrer.

92-94 average fastball, reaching 96-98 sometimes.

Secondary pitch a slider, mixes in a curveball and changeup.

Multiple MLB scouts view his ceiling as a No. 2 starter.

He's not subject to international bonus pool restrictions.

Teams have 30 days to negotiate a deal.  Boras is his agent.

If we're truly interested in leaving no stones un-turned in a search for talent, should we be in on this guy too?
