October 18, 20196 yr So who did Joe say is the Angels manager? Joe didn't get to pick who the new manager is. He was renamed "Angels manager." Not sure why he decided to go in that direction because it will be confusing if the Angels pick someone else, but they always did say he was a wacky guy.
