Breaking - Really hard to win games without scoring runs.

Verifying sources.

Todd and Paul seemed extremely pleased to have been shut out by Bauer and the Dodgers

Not crispy.

Not sure what to think of Garrett. He doesn’t look like much.

Good thing the streakiest hitter on the team (Adam Duvall) sat out a game after hitting a home run when the team is desperately looking for offense.

I looked up "mind boggling" in the dictionary and I saw a pic of Don.

We were dominated so it is unlikely starting Duvall changes the result, but it is still one of many odd decisions he's made along the way.

Don sits the hot hitters as a favor to them. He lets them cool down a bit before playing again. Nobody likes being hot. It's uncomfortable and often sweaty.

not a surprise, this is what happens when a shitty team faces a World Series champion team.

Well Bauer is pretty good. Can't really say I expected to win this game I guess. I will say one thing again though - imagine what record this team would have if they could just put 4 runs a game up on your average night.

I usually not pay attention to what they said because I'm not good at listening to the English, but if it's true then I don't think Sherman, Jeter and Ng would accept something like that.

It's not like they were outright saying "YESSS! DODGERS WIN!" or anything but much like when Todd was sucking off Yadier Molina on TV they just could not stop talking about how great the Dodgers are/were despite their recent struggles.  It really felt like they were doing a Dodgers broadcast due to the rather lengthy love fests they were giving the Dodgers on air. I understand that the Marlins suck, but again, Rich and Tommy somehow found a way to be supportive of the Marlins and have fun conversations without just saying how great the other team is for 2/3 of the game.

I don't want a complete homer broadcast duo either - but much like Todd's fascination with Molina and the "professional" Cards - it was really excessive and felt kind of like rubbing salt in a wound since the game was clearly frustrating for anyone who is a Marlin fan.

Just my thoughts on last night's broadcast.

Part of the problem is Holly has fond memories of the Dodgers, he won the ROTY when he was with them. As for Paul, he still feels like a national broadcaster rather than a play by play guy for one club.

I know that's where he got his start and all but it doesn't explain his love fest he showered on the Cards for instance.  He just genuinely doesn't seem very interested in the Marlins.  Paul has been here a little bit now too so my patience is going to start wearing thin if he too doesn't start showing a bit more enthusiasm although I'd probably be dead inside too if Todd was my co-worker.

Is it wrong to want to see who would self-immolate first in a game that was called by Preston Wilson and Todd?

Why the new contract between the Bally Sports and the Marlins didn't including the clause of "no more Todd and Paul " !? I don't think the front office of the Bally Sports and the Marlins didn't aware of this issue.

Damn I missed that by watching the Cardinal feed?

Fuck I'll try to catch the Marlin feed when they come to STL now!

Because the Marlins approved them before why not now?

I think only way they make a change is if enough fans complain.
