July 30, 20224 yr Would also be nice to sell high on someone for once. I love Pablo but I doubt he's this good ever again especially with our horrific luck. The problem is we have to trust Kim Ng for this and I heard she just finished planning her Easter dinner.

Even with the pitching questions there's no balance there. Get hitters for Pablo and help out the offense and then we can circle back to the pitching. With the pitching we at least have a hand to play with, with the hitting it feels like we don't have any cards.

July 30, 20224 yr Also, kinda selfishly I want a shake up of this roster. I'm at the point of just thinking this whole team sucks outside of a couple obvious players. The roster feels stale, needs a new coat of paint. As long we reshuffle with the intent of still trying to compete I'm down with making several moves.

July 30, 20224 yr Pablo has that extra year of control but also there could be that desperation factor where a team overpays for Pablo as the other options come off the table as the Marlins don't need to trade him. Of course Kim would probably screw that up but it's something to think about.
