But Casas is much more unproven than Reynolds.

Sure.  She's just seemed hesitant to pull the trigger on that big trade we need, so I don't have confidence she will do that.

She could've done it last year while our prospects were higher value.

No problem with doubting her but she's been more on it lately and I still think there's that urgency to get a big trade in especially now with Cueto here. Fingers crossed.

I'd also assume that Cueto signing means Kim thinks there's momentum for a SP trade, I don't think she signs Cueto if she isn't planning on moving a SP.

That's fair.

But, in my book she hasn't earned the benefit of the doubt because of her absolute lack of urgency at any point before now, so I'm hesitant to just assume she's going to go for it.

True but I'd take him as new gamble as opposed to our proven busts and then go ahead and add another proven bat and then say Segura + Casas + proven bat would be a fantastic upgrade to our lineup.
