If DLC and Sanchez not be the starting CF (100% they won't be the starting CF in the opening day) then they both would have time in the LF if not traded (highly doubt either of them would be traded).

I trust Sandy more than her so if he's in charge we should be fine. Also he has the keys to the city so he can literally go door to door looking for a CF. 

 

 

Anyone else setting an alarm for like 2am to wake up and see if Kim has pulled off anything new now that we know she's nocturnal?

Regardless this is probably a silly conversation to be had today. A trade is most likely coming and then we can check again then.

Profar is almost 30 and he is who he is at this point.  He's a nice utility player.  Bleday and Sanchez both have higher ceilings than Profar and are much younger. You can't just let Bleday and Sanchez rot on the bench or in AAA.  

Either way, with his versatility,  Profar will probably be in the lineup most nights.  And yes,  this conversation is premature.  We have no idea what Ng and company are going to do.

Just to emphasize the uncertainty of the situation. 

Maybe this front office need to think if they have only one shot to acquire a hitter that would move the needle then it would be the best hitter available or the best CF available.
