I'm watching videos of Skip and I like what I see.

Preferred Espada but I thought Schumaker would be a good fit as well.

He seems to have enough of that old school manager leadership quality but obviously is new school and young as well.

Or also can be said that he isn't one of these new school guys plucked out of a computer room who never stepped on a baseball field. He'll bring the new school approach but you know damn well that he's a hard nosed baseball player at heart. Best case scenario we get the best of both here. 

And he has to make lineups differently than Donnie did right? A lot of his strategies and techniques are gonna be almost automatically opposite of the way Donnie did things so that's gotta be an upgrade already.

I'm gonna say a pitching coach, a hitting coach, a bench coach, a third base coach, a first base coach, and a bullpen coach are locks. Very likely to have some assistant coaches as well.
