Yeah, but if he's going to sit on the bench, he's better off getting reps in AAA. Unless they let him play SS, playing time will be difficult now with the new additions.

Jazz needs to just try and go left center, aim barrel to ball ... that's it. Catch the ball with the barrel of the bat. He has the power to hit 20 homers with a contact oriented approach. I know some will get on me for this - he has the ability. It's all mental and approach with him. His current approach with an 0-2 or 1-2 count is to swing like it's 3-0. He needs to save those swings for when it actually is 3-0 or 2-0 or 3-1. Any other counts, left center approach.

The radio guy was actually saying this the other day too - they were talking about how Jazz just needs to worry about hitting singles, and the home runs/XBH will come naturally because of his power.

He thinks he's his buddy Ronald Acuña and is going to hit 40hrs a season so he has these ridiculous swings as you said. With his speed and quick wrists he does just need to hit the ball in whatever way he can.
