There was a lot of sh*t going on in the background this season. I had a bad feeling about the season the minute Ali rolled out of center field on the worlds slowest golf cart and everyone in our awesome high technology Latin bounce room of a stadium went silent.

Strictly speaking about turnover..I like their retention. A lot of trainers, athletic directors, etc. have stayed with the organization long term. Coach Spo is a good examply...from Christmas video dude to head coach; I think the Heat have something going over there that encourages people. We need more of that.

Low turnover is usually a good sign. Professionally I like the Heat as an example - alot of the staff and FO people have been there since inception. Obviously not everyone.. But it's a pretty stable family.
