July 10, 200519 yr 1. Dontrelle - automatic 2. Cabrera - amazing 3. Castillo - excellent but in a disminished role
July 10, 200519 yr I'm going with all the Marlins fans who have been able to stick around through this disgusting disappointment of a first half...aww snap, D'Lee just homered... :banghead
July 10, 200519 yr Dontrelle has been amazing. The offense has sucked anyways, so just think of where we would be without Dontrelle.
July 10, 200519 yr Often, D-Train was on the mound breaking a losing streak and keeping us alive. Gotta go with him.
July 10, 200519 yr Dontrelle, just because he's been the only consistent pitcher in our rotation. Cabs was close, really close.
July 11, 200519 yr what about carlos? Those guys are having great seasons but behind d-lee Delgado is having the best season for a first baseman in the N.L. If I had to pick one guy from the list it would have to be cabs because that guy just straight up brings it every night.
July 11, 200519 yr Luis Castillo I wanted him traded in the off-season, but the guy is just amazing. I hope he sticks around forever.
July 11, 200519 yr Gotta go with Dontrelle, I mean the guy may start the All-Star game. Hard to top that. You wonder how much better Miguel Cabrera could've done though?! I mean he has surpassed all expectations so far.
July 11, 200519 yr Dontrelle. He has been the biggest surprise of all. I would give honorable mention to Cabs. I might have voted for him but his .209 ave close and late stands out a bit too much.
July 11, 200519 yr All 3 are worthy candidates, but Willis gets the nod. Hard, considering Luiy is my favorite player.
July 11, 200519 yr Todd Jones has been the true MVP cause without him our closer spot would have been held by Bump and that would have been truly a disaster.
