So I've found out, through the many times I go to Subway (4-5 times a week) and talking to friends, that pretty much no one actually gets just a standard sub. Everyone puts their own mark on it and has their own custom sub, so to speak.

So tell us what you get when you go to Subway, and maybe people like me who eat at Subway all the time will be clued into an awesome new sandwich.

My goto is usually the BMT with lettuce and green peppers...no mayo or anything like that

sweet onion chicken teriyaki on italian herbs and cheese

I have two faves...

Roast beef, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper, and sweet onion sauce....

Chicken bacon ranch w/ lettuce, tomato, salt, and pepper

Subway Club on Italian Herbs with Cheese

Lettuce, Onion, Green Pepper, Olive, Pickle, Salt and Pepper.

damn you eat subway 4-5 times a week?

First of all, Subway is always a last resort. Firehouse, Publix, Quiznos are all way better.

If Subway: Turkey, Provolone on White. Tons of honey mustard and lite mayo. Lettuce, Onion, Pickle.

Publix does make some bad ass subs.

I also prefer Quiznos, but at subway, I like:

Subway Melt (I used to like the Roasted Garlic Bread but they took it out) on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread with Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Pickles, Jalapenos and Sweet Onion Sauce.

Cheese steak with white bread and provolone. Toasted. No tomato, little lettuce, onions, peppers, olives, banana peppers, and plenty of jalapeno. Oh, forgot the mayo. oil, vinegar salt and pepper.

Meatball sub with american cheese and parmasian

Meatball sub with american cheese on white bread. Nothing else...yum.

Publix pwns Subway, but at Subway I prefer:

BMT, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, provolone, oregano, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar (toasted)

Cold Cut Combo, mayo, mustard, lettuce, swiss, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar

Both on Italian Herb and Cheese.

BMT with lettuce, black olives, provolone cheese, mayo, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar on italian herbs and cheese bread.

subway club w/ spicy mustard and just a tad of mayo...lettuce, tomato, a dab of onion and extra pickles.

every time

Turkey on herbs and cheese with American cheese, lettuce, onions, black olives, black pepper, bacon. My signature sub for like, 5 years running.

I eat Subway about 4-5 times a week and you can't beat Turkey on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, pickles, green & yellow peppers. Whole thing has like 3g of fat.

I realized I forgot to write mine...

My signature sub is steak and cheese on parmesan oregano bread, lettuce, green peppers, mayo, extra onion.

Cold Cut Trio (on white bread) with:

Cheese

Green Peppers

Olives

Pickles

Salt

Oil

Chipotle Southwest Steak on Wheat bread

pepper jack cheese

light lettuce

black olives
