Who Is Our Best CF

Featured Replies

Remember now, Abercrombie did got on base twice last night. :thumbup

And he got picked off once with Johnson trying to sacrifice.

He also gave up alot of errors, picked off many times, is horrible half of the time too.

Our best third baseman is PTBNL

ROSS not even a question.. Alfredo is there because hes scrap and gets on base...

Abercrombie shouldnt even be in the poll, hes not an option

Ross, he looks good defensively out there and has been hitting well lately.

Only reason I put Amezega is b/c the guy is a baller. He took a pitch straight to the knee and stayed in the game!

Abercrombie did played CF the most.

I don't understand why Mitre takes so much heat on this board? The kid has very good stuff. He didn't do too badly either while he was in the rotation. He certainly didn't merit a demotion at the time he was injured. I think he should get his spot in the rotation back until he proves otherwise. Especially if we have any kind of shot, as long as the odds may be, of making a run at the wild card. Some of these kids that are pitching so well right now will eventually struggle. Having someone in the rotation that isn't a rookie is a plus. Especially if his name is not Moehler. Release Moehler. He has no value for trade, and isn't helping us in the long or short run.. By the way, trade Mitre for a back up to Abercrombie? That player doesn't exsist. Reggie is the worst player I have ever seen at the major league level.

I love the way Cody plays...but I believe in Kool Aid...it will all come together for him Lets be patient guys

When will he put it together? He's 26 and before this year never made it above A-ball for any significant amount of time. The guy is the definition of a bust. Tons of talent there, but he just doesn't use it.

Everyone forgot that he wasn't the only one struggling.

If Olsen got injure and was place in the DL, everyone will be bashing whining send him down to the minor when he come back.

Yeah Mitre had a few good starts and there is no way he can be as bad as Moe I say leave him in the pen and prove to us he deserves a rotation spot

sometimes i really wonder if people watch the games...being a great athlete doesn't always equal great baseball player....oh and if any one calls him a five tool player they are just retarded

Reggie.

ok FeLo since you love abercrombie so much we'll give him to you...the way you rave about him makes him seem like the 2nd coming of the babe...so if ABercrombie> than the babe then we'll take Griffey because he can't be better than the babe or Reggie :plain :lol

Reggie is simply a rookie struggling. His defense is good and his approach at the plate needs lots of work, to be kind, but there's power there. Similar in many ways to Derrick Lee in 1998. I don't really care if he gets sent down to AAA or not. And he's very very far from the worst player I have ever seen in MLB. Of course I've been watching for 40 years. How many for you, 2 or 3???

But many of them don't last long in the Major while Reggie still around. But I agree I seen player who is horrible at everything, kinda like for the complete cycle.
