The Game Notes?

The Marlins continue their travels up the East Coast as they open a four-game series with the National League East-leading Mets on Friday night at Shea Stadium. Dontrelle Willis will get the start for Florida in the opener. The left-hander is looking to close out the first half of 2006 on a high note. Willis traditionally owns the Mets, going 8-2 in his career with a 1.96 ERA. The left-hander's ERA against New York is a full run better than his ERA against any other NL East team. Pedro Martinez was next in line in New York's rotation, but he was placed on the disabled list on Thursday. The Marlins will now be facing Jose Lima in the series opener.

:lol

Olivo won't start because Treanor catches lefties.

P.S - If you wrote that yourself I don't mean any disrespect, I just found it funny.

I put a more suitable player in the player to watch section :)

a Mets fan friend of mine told me a couple months ago that if Jose Lima ever made another start for them again, that he wasn't even a fan of the Mets anymore, lol... hopefully Lima time is good for us, need DTrain to keep us in the game.
