October 17, 200619 yr if vargas is ever worth anything again I'll be very surprised/impressed He turns 24 in February. He's got a lot of baseball left in him. Keyword, LEFT. He'll get some more shots, maybe not as a starter, but he should have no problem turning into a pen lefty.

Vargas is talented he will be a mjor league pitcher if not for us for some other organization then, lefties are commodities in baseball
October 19, 200619 yr Well he did when he came in for the first time, he just needs to learn to adjust. I think he has good enough poise and stuff to be a major leaguer.
October 19, 200619 yr if vargas is ever worth anything again I'll be very surprised/impressed I thought the same thing about Kensing but he seemed to find a niche last season as a reliever. If push comes to shove make him an outfielder he can flat out hit.
