April 8, 200719 yr I have to admit i was open to the trade for julio , i did not think it was the worst thing in the world the guy had some closing experience , still has good stuff...yes i know it is only 5 games into the season but I WAS WRONG i do not want to see Julio in any close games let him work out his issues when we are up by 10 or down by ten. He nearly blew a 5 run lead this was supposed to be a confidence building appearance , i am sure his confidence is shot and a closer who mentally isnt tough no matter how hard he throws isnt going to get the job done.

At least Julio has major league stuff. I don't see anyone giving Beinfest any credit for getting Owens and Lindstrom, who have both been basically perfect. And Kevin Gregg is much better than Resop.

April 8, 200719 yr I'd love to see Pinto get a shot when Tank is healthy I still will lose absolutely no sleep on this julio trade.. I will lose sleep, however, if we continue to throw him out there in the closer role if he keeps showing us this. But as for the trade, whatever. I really don't care.
