September 30, 200817 yr Geez..in the beginning, camera captured somebody that didn't have much of their costume on.... That's why I've never been a big fan of cameras in the locker-room...sucks for whoever it was. That was an awesome video, though! Haha.
September 30, 200817 yr I just found this thing on youtube where it;s the top ten costumes and one of them is of Mike Jacobs dressed in drag when he was with the Mets.
September 30, 200817 yr http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuVUrRCzgeg Great video. But that was no rookie hazing. That was a team effort. Players I picked out where Nolasco (Burger King), Olsen (the grape), Hermida (green grape), and Lindstrom (Shrek). I am sure I missed one or two.

Other possibilities- Josh Johnson may have been in the banana suit and Dan Uggla in the rat suit.
September 30, 200817 yr LOL at 2 things in particular- Olsen screaming in the middle of times square, WHERES my DRINK, and the Bring back mike jacobs sign. lol
September 30, 200817 yr Also Volstad was a barbie, Andino was in some gangster outfit, Miller was in a referee costume, Gaby Sanchez was the bunny, Anibal Sanchez was the Chewbacca, Pinto was Nacho Libre and Baker was Captain America. I'm not really sure what Cody was but he was dressed in the gold costume. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKs9HLaMqK8 This is Mike Jacobs rookie hazing if you care to see it. He's number 7 in the top ten countdown.

It was rookie hazing, but Gonzo and LoDuca decided that the 2 and 3 year Marlins had to do it as well since they were never hazed in 06 and 07.
September 30, 200817 yr Something tells me Scott Olsen's cup was not filled with water. Great video! Haha, I was thinking the same thing.
September 30, 200817 yr Absolutely hilarious! What in the world is Cody Ross dressed as?? Also, who was Nacho Libre? I loved when the Burger King rolls into McDonalds. It's a bit crazy to think that these guys ended the mets season. Someone needs to send Omar Minaya a nice card with a picture of these guys dancing in times square with a little note that says "you lost to THESE guys???" I love it.
September 30, 200817 yr I'm upset. I knew this was going to happen, and I scoped out Shea Stadium waiting for the rookies to come out so I could ride the train with them. The team bus left (empty) and my friends and I decided to go home, but I guess they must have come out minutes later.
September 30, 200817 yr That was hilarious. I cracked up when Andino called that guy "Mr. Miagi" on the subway. Hermida and Miller did not look too happy. Olsen was trippin' though. Was that before or after he pitched on Sunday?

Was that before or after he pitched on Sunday? That was after the Saturday game. And Hermida looked alot happier in on the video they showed before the final game. But yeah, I never saw Miller crack a smile.

September 30, 200817 yr And yeah, I was gonna say too, this isnt exactly a "rookie" hazing. Though I could have sworn that I saw Joe Nelson wearing regular clothes. The only one I was absolutely 100% of was Nolasco being the BK King, so thanks jsprt for the link
September 30, 200817 yr best one was, whoppers are better! lol ahh that ricky nolasco Without a doubt the best aspect of this is that presumably most of the diners in there would be totally oblivious to the fact that a guy who had won 15 games in the major leagues this year was running about in a BK costume shouting "McDonalds suck!" LOL
