On espn gamecast a lot of the called strikes are outside, is this true or is gamecast just wrong?

GREAT swing by Hermida. That's the type of swing we like to see, and a big RBI.

 

For the record, Gamecast had BOTH of those first 2 called strikes a bit outside and off the plate.
