That's pretty bad when your leadoff hitter hits your only homerun of a series.(Not Including Soriano, Jeter/Damon, Rollins, Reyes)

We could use more HR's. Never a bad thing, and part of the problem with this offense.

opposite of last year

Especially considering we were ranked 3rd in the majors with 208 home runs last year, big reason why we had a winning record last season. The home run ball needs to come to the Marlins

True, we were number 3 in homeruns and 8th in slugging. Then 13th in RBI's and runs scored.

 

I belive the guys that need to start hitting homeruns are Cantu who only has 10, last one was hit on July 9th, Cody Ross who's last homerun was on the 1st of July and Uggla who's last homerun was on July 8th.
